Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Technical Sales Engineer at ACE6 Technology. The Technical Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, product demonstrations or proof of concepts, integration of solutions, solutioning, and product training. While the role is based in Singapore, there is flexibility for some remote work such as traveling to different countries to conduct product demonstrations, proof of concepts, exhibitions, and product trainings.
Responsibilities
- Assist Sales in demonstrating capabilities of ACE6 Technology products during Proof Of Concept / product demonstration to potential customers
- Act as in-house consultants to customers in ACE6 Technology products
- Assist customers in troubleshooting products should the need arises
- Conduct training for partners, customers, and potential customers on usage of products
- Liaising with R&D, Sales, external vendors to gain knowledge of new developments within the field
- Provide solutions to current and prospective projects
- To assist in conceptualization and product planning for exhibitions & trade shows
- To stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies that complements ACE6 Technology products
Qualifications
- Ability to react and work in occasional stressful environments
- Comfortable working for a fast-growing technical organisation
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities (in English)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Technical Support and Integration skills is a plus
- Experience with networking / radio frequency technologies is preferred
- NITEC / Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
